Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about printing, shipping, design, and ordering at PostNet Denver.

Ordering & Turnaround

How long does printing take?
Most print jobs are completed the same day if ordered before 2 PM. There is no rush fee — fast turnaround is our standard, not an upcharge.
What's the minimum order?
Minimums vary by product. Business cards start at 100, postcards at 10, flyers at 1, and banners at 1. Contact us if you need a custom quantity.
Can I get a rush order?
Same day IS our standard turnaround. Most jobs ordered before 2 PM are ready the same day at no extra charge. For large or complex orders, we'll give you an honest timeline upfront.

Files & Design

What file format should I use?
PDF is preferred for the best results. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and TIFF files. All files should be at least 300 DPI for sharp, professional-quality prints.
What color mode should my files be in?
CMYK is the standard color mode for print. If you send RGB files, we will convert them, but some colors may shift slightly during conversion. For the most accurate color, design in CMYK from the start.
What about bleed?
Include 0.125 inches of bleed on all sides of your document. Keep all important text and logos at least 0.25 inches from the trim edge to ensure nothing gets cut off.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we offer custom graphic design services. Whether you need a logo, business card layout, brochure, banner, or any other design work, our team can help bring your vision to life.

Quality & Certification

What is G7 certification?
G7 is the industry standard for color accuracy maintained by Idealliance. It ensures consistent, measurable color reproduction across every print run. PostNet Denver is one of the few G7 Master Certified shops in Denver — the same standard used by Fortune 500 brands like Target and Coca-Cola.
What equipment do you use?
We run production-grade digital presses (Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4080 and Ricoh Pro C7500), 64-inch wide format printers (Roland TrueVIS VG2-640 and Epson SureColor S9170), and automated finishing equipment including the Duplo DC-618 slitter/cutter/creaser and Morgana SC7000 Pro AI-powered die cutter.

Signs, Banners & Wide Format

What is the largest banner or poster you can print?
Our wide format printers output up to 64 inches wide with virtually unlimited length. We regularly produce banners from 3 to 20 feet long. For wider applications, panels can be sewn or welded together.
How long do outdoor banners and signs last?
Vinyl banners printed with eco-solvent inks last 3 to 5 years outdoors. Coroplast yard signs last 1 to 2 years. All our outdoor signage uses UV-resistant inks rated for Colorado's intense sun and altitude.
Can you print vehicle wraps?
Yes. Our Roland TrueVIS VG2-640 is 3M and Avery certified for printing vehicle wraps, partial wraps, decals, and magnetic signs. We print and contour-cut in a single pass.

Mailbox Rentals

How much does a mailbox rental cost?
Plans start at $14.99 per month for the Bronze plan (30 incoming items, 5 pages open & scan). Silver is $19.99/mo, Gold is $39.99/mo, and Unlimited is $84.99/mo. Annual billing saves approximately 8%.
Can I use my mailbox address for business registration?
Yes. Your PostNet mailbox provides a real street address (1312 17th Street, Denver, CO 80202) that can be used for LLC registration, business licenses, bank accounts, and Google Business Profile. It is not a PO Box.
What carriers deliver to PostNet mailboxes?
All carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, OnTrac, and any other delivery service. Unlike USPS PO Boxes, a private mailbox accepts packages from every carrier.

Custom Apparel & 3D Printing

Is there a minimum order for custom t-shirts?
No minimum — we print even a single shirt. Custom t-shirts start at $35 per shirt including the garment. We use heat transfer vinyl (HTV) in glitter, metallic, holographic, flock, and 3D puff finishes.
What materials are available for 3D printing?
We offer PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, and TPU. Each material has different properties — PLA for detail, ABS for heat resistance, PETG for strength, Nylon for durability, and TPU for flexibility. Bring your STL file or describe your idea.
Do I need a 3D model to order a 3D print?
No. Bring us a sketch, photo, or description and we can create a 3D model for you. We also accept existing STL files from Thingiverse, MyMiniFactory, and other repositories.

Design Services

Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes. Our team creates logos, brand identities, business cards, brochures, banners, social media graphics, menus, and event materials. Multiple revision rounds included. Because we design and print under one roof, your project moves seamlessly from screen to press.
Do I own the final design files?
Yes. You receive all final files in vector (AI, EPS, SVG), print-ready (PDF), and web-ready (PNG, JPG) formats. You own the designs outright with no per-use fees.
